摘 要:对D357铝合金材料的制备、薄壁件的反重力铸造、砂型铸造尺寸精度和薄壁铸件内部质量控制等技术进行了研究。结果表明:采用低温加硅,精炼、细化、变质同时进行的熔炼工艺,有效地减少合金吸气和氧化杂质,提高合金液纯净度;壁厚2 mm试片在调压、差压、低压铸造条件下,设置合理的浇注参数和排气结构,充型能力均可满足要求,同时在差压铸造条件下可获得较好的本体力学性能;砂型铸造组型过程中砂芯与外皮采用定位销与定位套相配合的方式,能有效控制铸件尺寸精度。In this paper, preparation of D357 alloy, anti-gravity casting of thin-walled castings, dimensional accuracy of sand casting and internal quality control of thin-walled castings, etc. were researched. The results show that, adding silicon at low temperature and melting process of refining, refinement, modification at the same time, can effectively reduce inspiration and oxide in alloy, thereby the alloy purity can be improved. For the wall thickness of 2 mm specimen in the condition of adjusted pressure counter-pressure and low-pressure casting, if we set reasonable casting parameters and exhaust air system, the mold-filling capacity can meet the requirements, and the specimen can get better mechanical property in counter-pressure casting condition. In sand casting, sand core and skin are built up by locating pin and sleeve, which can effectively control the dimension accuracy of castings.
