摘　　要：根据重型卡车制动踏板高精度密封槽的结构特点,设计了一种由外滑块与内置滑块组成的精密组合式滑块,该结构实现了制动踏板主体结构与密封槽的一次成形,简化加工工艺流程,生产效率提高约25%,单个产品制造成本降低,产品质量稳定可靠。According to the structural characteristics of high-precision sealing groove on heavy truck＇s brake pedal, we designed a kind of precision combined slider which is composed of outer slider and built-in slider. One-step molding of body structure and the sealing groove was realized through the structure. The process of manufacturing was simplified and the production efficiency was increased by 25%. The manufacturing cost of single product is reduced and product quality is stable and reliable.
