摘 要:采用自制的低转速输送管半固态浆料制备装置制备A356半固态浆料,研究了转管倾斜角度对半固态A356合金组织细化及圆整的影响,模拟了金属熔体在转管内的流动形态,并分析了转管倾斜角度对A356合金组织影响机理。结果表明,在浇注温度和转管转速一定时,转管倾斜角度对A356合金组织有显著影响。转管倾斜角度在20°~40°区间内能够获得理想的近球形半固态浆料微观组织。转管倾斜角度为25。时得到的A356组织晶粒平均等效直径为45μm,绝大部分晶粒形状因子在0.8以上,具有良好的晶粒细化和圆整效果。The experimental semi-solid slurry preparation equipment of inclined rotating pipe with low speed has been developed to prepare semi-solid A356 alloy slurry, the effects of rotating pipe inclined angle on microstructure refinement and spheroidization in semi-solid A356 alloy were investigated, the flowing status of metal melt in rotating pipe were simulated, and the mechanism of the effect of rotating pipe inclined angle on microstructure ofA356 alloy were analyzed. The results show that rotating pipe inclined angle has a significant influence on the microstructure of A356 alloy, while the pouring temperature and the rotating speed are constant. A perfect and nearly spherical semi-solid slurry microstructure can be obtained in inclined angle range of 20°- 40°. The grain equivalent diameter is 45μm and a majority of the grains shape factor are more than 0.8 at 25°, which show the perfect effect of grain refining and roundness.
