摘 要:砂型铸造中广泛使用的阶梯浇注系统常常被运用于消失模铸造,实践证明这样的技术移植并不总是成功的。为了探索阶梯浇注系统在消失模铸造中的适用性,数值模拟了消失模铸造中两种阶梯浇注系统对板类和套类铸件的充型过程。研究发现,空心阶梯浇注系统的所有内浇口几乎同时开始充型,而实心阶梯浇注系统的各内浇口开始充型的先后顺序与浇口杯至内浇口的流线长度相关,流线短的先开始充型。结果表明,实心带辅助直浇道的阶梯浇注系统在消失模铸造中可以实现阶梯浇注系统的功能,有较好的适用性,并且实心比空心效果好。The step gating system widely used in the sand casting process has been often used in lost foam casting (LFC) process, and practice confirms that the technical transplant does not always succeed. In order to explore the applicability of step gating system in the lost foam casting process, the filling process of two kinds of plate and jacket castings and corresponding two types of step gating system was simulated. The research shows that for the hollow step gating system, the liquid metal start filling all the ingates almost at the same time, and the sequence for solid step gating system is relevant to the length of the flow line from pouring cups to ingates and the one with short flow line begin filling first. The results indicate that the step gating system with auxiliary sprue can achieve the function of step gating system, has a good applicability in LFC, and the solid step gating system is better than the hollow one.
