摘　　要：在实验室的千吨/年消失模线上,以尺寸较大的薄璧HT250传动箱壳体为对象,完成了消失模批量生产的铸造工艺验证工作,并对生产过程中产品的铸造缺陷进行了详细分析。在找出铸造缺陷产生的原因后,提出了行之有效的应对措施,最终解决了铸造缺陷问题,为万吨消失模线的批量生产工作做好技术储备。The large size of liT250 transmission case shell with thin wall was set a small batch production on the thousand t/a production line in laboratory. During the experiment, the technological features and casting defects in EPC were analyzed. After finding the origins of defects, effective countermeasures were put forward and ultimately the problems were resolved, which provided the technology accumulation for batch production of the ten thousand t/a production line.
