摘　　要：国外电力机车电机壳结构复杂,内部质量要求高,铸造难度较大。通过研究和改善铸造工艺,解决了铸件补缩困难、表面裂纹较多、铸件变形较严重等工艺难点,保证了产品的成功开发。Motor shell structure of foreign electric locomotive is complex, and has high quality requirements, which is difficult to cast. Through researching and improving casting process, process difficulties such as feeding difficulties, surface cracks, casting deformation etc. were solved, which ensured the success of product development.
