摘  要:粗加工材质为ZG15Cr1Mo1的大型汽缸铸件时,铸件内壁发现裂纹。利用光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜和化学分析等实验方法,研究了汽缸裂纹性质及形成原因,并提出了预防措施。结果表明,汽缸裂纹性质是内热裂纹,其产生主要原因是钢液凝固末期收缩受阻所致。通过改善造型材料的高温退让性及严格控制钢中S、P、Al、Sn等元素含量可以预防热裂纹的产生。There were many cracks in the inwall of the Iarge ZGI5CrlMol cylinder casting during its rough machining. In this paper, the properties and causes of the cracks of the casting were studied by using of the experimental methods such as metallographic analysis, SEM analysis, chemical analysis and so forth, and the preventive measures were put forward. The results show that the cylinder casting crack is internal hot crack that resulted from the hindered contraction during the terminal phase of the solidification. The cracks can be prevented by improving the high temperature deformability of the mold materials and strict control of the content of the S, P, Al, Sn etc. in the steel melt.
