高专英语教育专业学生教师职业技能调查分析——以柳州师专为例

摘　　要：围绕教师职业技能训练效果和教学实习教学总体能力的自我评价,以及实习学校指导老师的评价,对英语教育专业学生进行问卷调查。通过分析高专英语教育专业学生教师职业技能状况,探讨该类学生的教师职业技能训练改革思路:加强学生专业认同意识,加大实践比例,强化职业技能训练,优化见习安排,量化考评。Based on the analysis of questionnaire survey administered to the English education majors, which ranges from self-evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching skills training and the over-all teaching ability in practice to the evaluation of teaching work given by instructors, this paper discusses the results and offers some advice in teaching： intensifying the students＇ awareness of professional identity, adding practice period, strengthening teaching skills training, readjusting the arrangement of internship and optimizing assessment.
