摘　　要：警察体育功能源于体育的历史,具有健身、教育、娱乐功能。警察体育的三大功能之间各有特点,相互联系。只有充分了解这些功能,才能更好地利用警察体育训练为警察队伍建设服务。Police sports originate from the historical development of general physical education and they play the functions of body building, education and entertainment. The three functions have their own characteristics and meanwhile they interact with each other. Only when we get fully understanding of them can we make better use of the police P. E training to promote the construction of the police force.
