对建设警务化学生管理工作信息系统的思考

摘　　要：构建适应警务化要求的学管工作系统,提高学生管理工作效能和质量,是公安院校学生教育、管理、服务工作的当务之急。建立这一系统应以学生管理为核心,应实现与其他信息系统共享信息,还应当满足各个层次角色的需要,进而发挥系统对警务化学生管理工作的完善与拓展作用。系统设计规划时还应注意保证数据权威性、正确性,注意合理地对工作进行分解,以保障系统可持续地良好运行。It is an urgent matter for the students＇education, management and service in police colleges that we should construct an information system about students＇policing management and try to enhance the effectiveness and quality of management. Centered around the students＂ management, this system is supposed to share information with other systems and to satisfy the need from different roles, which, therefore, facilitates to perfect and expand its role in students＇policing management. Besides, the authoritative and correct data is also important when we do system designing and planning. We have to arrange the work in a reasonable way in order to keep the system going continuously and smoothly.
