摘　　要：介绍了以LabWindows/CVI为开发平台设计的连续波功率放大器自动测试系统。该系统通过优化的测试流程对仪器设备进行集中管理,实现了功率放大器几乎所有指标的自动测量;实现了通路校准,图、表、参数生成,文档的输入输出;实现了测试过程中的自动保护。相比传统人工测试方法,该系统提供的自动测试过程快捷、安全,测试结果更准确、完整。In this paper, a RF amplifier automatic performance test system based on LabWindows/CVI was in- vestigated. The system concentrative managed instruments through optimized test flow, realized automatic test on the fullest performance of RF Amplifier; realized channel calibration; realized generating of plots, tables, parame- ters, documents in-out; realized self-protection of test flow. Compared with traditional manual test method, the system provided easier, faster and safer test process; the test results were more precise and integrated.
