摘  要:为研究绿原酸在杜仲组织内的合成规律,对杜仲转录组进行了分析。结果表明,杜仲绿原酸的合成途径共涉及27条基因,其中幼果和叶片表达量存在显著差异的基因20条;在杜仲中苯丙氨酸脱氢酶(PAL)基因家族至少包含12个成员,叶片以EuPAL1和EuPAL2为主,而果实中EuPAL3~EuPAL12有大量表达。杜仲肉桂酸-4-羟化酶(C4H)基因至少包含2个家族成员,果实和叶片均以EuC4H1为主;杜仲香豆酰-CoA连接酶(4CL)基因至少包含11个家族成员,在幼果和叶片中Eu4CL、Eu4CL4~Eu4CL6、Eu4CL8基因的表达量具有显著差异,幼果均比叶片高,Eu4CL9~Eu4CL11基因表现为幼果重特异表达,幼果和叶片中Eu4CL1~Eu4CL6等6个成员大量表达;杜仲莽草酸羟基肉桂酸酰转移酶(HCT)基因家族至少包括3个成员,幼果以EuHCT1为主,叶片以EuHCT2为主。In order to study the law of chlorogenic acid synthesis in Eucommia ulmoides tissue, the transcriptome was analyzed. The results show that 27 related enzyme genes in chlorogenic acid synthesis pathway of E. ulmoides were obtained, in which expression of 20 genes have significant differences in young fruit and leaf. PAL gene family includes 12 members (EuPAL 1-EuPAL 12) at least, expression of EuPAL 1 and EuPAL2 in leaf is dominant, while EuPAL3 -EuPAL 12 in fruit have a lot of expression. C4H gene family includes two members (EuC4H1, EuC4H2) at least, and EuC4H1 play important role in fruit and leaf. 4CL gene family includes 11 members, the expression levels ofEu4CL1, Eu4CL4- Eu4CL6, Eu4CL8 in young fruit and leaf have significant differences, and those in young fruit are higher than in leaf; Eu4CL9-Eu4CL11 are highly specific expressed in young fruit, and Eu4CL1-Eu4CL6 are highly expressed in young fruit and leaf. HCT gene family includes three members at least, in which the expression of EuHCT1 in young fruit is dominant, and the expression of EuHCT2 in leaf is dominant.
