摘  要:为了了解菊花开花习性以便控制其花期,以菊花"霜满天"为试材,对菊花分别进行了嫁接苗露地套盆栽培和扦插苗露地套盆栽培并结合短日照处理,以自然光照处理作为对照,研究了不同栽培方式对菊花"霜满天"花芽分化及开花进程的影响情况。结果表明:不同栽培方式下菊花"霜满天"的花芽分化过程大体相似,主要包括营养生长期、茎尖膨大期、总苞鳞片分化期、小花原基分化初期、小花原基分化末期、花冠形成期等6个时期,短日照处理可以促使花芽分化提前28 d;采用嫁接苗露地套盆栽培法结合短日照处理可使菊花花期提前20 d;采用扦插苗露地套盆栽培法结合短日照处理可使菊花花期提前13 d。In order to grasp flowering habit in Chrysanthemum and to control flowering, taking Frost Sky as materials, grafted seedlings and cuttings in Chrysanthemum were cultured in open-field pots, and effects of different cultivation methods on flower bud differentiation and flowering process of Frost Sky were researched in the conditions of short- day and natural light (CK). The results show that flower bud differentiation processes of Frost Sky are broadly similar in different cultivation methods, mainly including vegetative growth stage, stem tip swelling stage, differentiation stage of scales in involucres, initial stage of floret primordium differentiation, final stage of floret primordium differentiation, corolla formation period. Short-day treatment can make flower bud differentiation 28 days in advance. Flowering phase is 20 days in advance by using the method of grafted seedlings in open-field pot culture combined with a short-day treatment. Flowering phase is 13 days in advance by using the method of cuttings in open-field pot culture combined with a short-day treatment.
