枣庄石榴种质资源果实经济性状分析与评价

摘　　要：为了给山东省枣庄市石榴品种资源的科学评价和合理开发与利用提供理论依据,以枣庄市15份石榴品种资源为试材,对其果实的单果质量、籽粒大小、可溶性固形物含量、有机酸含量等经济性状指标进行了测定与分析。结果表明:不同石榴种质资源其果实的不同经济性状指标的变化差异较大,各经济性状指标间的变异系数在5.98%～114.67%之间,其中果实中的有机酸含量的变异幅度最大(0.31%～4.49%),变异系数也最大(114.67%);其单果质量的变异系数(28.67%)次之,果实中的可溶性固形物含量的变异系数最小(5.98%),说明其可溶性固形物是较为稳定的果实经济性状。测定结果还表明:大马牙、大青皮甜等品种可作为鲜食石榴品种发展栽培;大青皮酸品种酸甜可口,可适当增加其栽培面积;红皮酸、青皮酸等石榴品种资源可作为石榴果汁饮料加工品种发展,也可用作抗性品种改良的重要种质材料。In order to provide a theoretical basis for evaluation and utilization of pomegranate germplasm resources in Zaozhang City, taking 15 pomegranate cultivars in Zaozhuang City as materials, single fruit mass, seed mass, soluble solids content, organic acid content and other fruit economic characters were determined and analyzed. The results show that the fruit economic characters have great differences among different pomegranate cultivars. The variation coefficient of the economic characters is from 5.98% to 114.67%. Variation range of organic acid content in fruit is the largest （0.31%-4.49%）, and variation coefficient of organic acid content, single fruit mass and soluble solids content are 114.67%, 28.67% and 5.98% respectively. The soluble solids content is more stable than the other fruit economic characters. Damay and Daqingpitian may be planted as fresh cultivars. Daqingpisuan tastes sweet and sour, and its cultivation area may be properly increased. Hongpisuan and Qingpisuan can be planted as process cultivars of pomegranate juice beverage, and also can be used as resistant breeding material.
