摘　　要：加强政府组织自身的文化建设,对于发挥政府的职责、功能,推动社会主义文化繁荣发展具有重要意义。试着分析总结南宁海关近年来文化建设的成效,搭建出一个南宁海关自身文化建设的体系模型,并从中进一步探讨如何加强政府组织自身的文化建设。Strengthen the culture construction of the government organizations has great significance in giving full play to the government＇ s responsibility and function, pushing the socialism cultural flourish. This paper sums up the achievements the Nanning Customs has made over the years in cultural construction, depicts its cultural system model and discusses how to strengthen the culture construction of the government organizations.
