摘　　要：目的 :探讨电动式经皮腰椎间盘切吸术 (APLD)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法 :用APLD法治疗腰椎间盘突出症 1 0例 ,并分析其临床效果。结果 :优良 9例 ,可差 1例。椎间盘摘除平均重量 1 8g。 结论 :APLD手术创伤小 ,出血少 ,痛苦小 ,恢复快 ,手术安全 ,操作简单 ,不影响脊柱的稳定性 ,不失为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种新的有效手段。Objective:To study the clinical value of automated percutaneous lumbar discectomy (APLD) on treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Ten cases were operated with APLD.Clinical data was analyzed.The average weight of the removed nuclar material was 1.8 g.Conclusions:APLD has the advantage of less trauma,hemorrhage,slight pain,rapid recovery and no affection to spinal stability.This method provids a new way for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
