摘  要:提出了一种新型大功率白光LED的驱动电源,其采用电流、电压、电流三环控制,既实现了恒流输出,又具有开路限压保护功能;与传统的LED驱动电路相比,具有结构简单、成本低、效率高等优点。文章详细分析了该电源的工作原理和系统的稳态特性,给出了设计方法和控制电路,最后通过一台220 V/50 Hz交流电供电、30 W/100 kHz的原理样机进行了实验验证。仿真和实验结果表明,该电源可满足大功率LED的驱动要求。A new driver of high-power white LED is proposed in this paper, which adopts the tripple close- loop control including one voltage loop and two current loops, with the features of constant current output and open-circuit protection. Furthermore, compared with conventional LED drivers, this power takes the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high efficacy etc..In this paper, the operating principle of the power and the steady-state characteristics of the system are analyzed, and then design and control circuit are also presented. Finally, an experimental prototype rated at 220V/50Hz AC, 30W/100kHz has been implemented in laboratory. Simulation and experimental results show that the circuit can meet the requirements of high-power LED driver.
