快速斑点免疫金渗滤法检测血清中囊虫抗体的研究

摘　　要：为建立一种快速敏感、适于基层应用的检测囊虫抗体的方法 ,将囊尾蚴抗原点于硝酸纤维素膜 (NC)上 ,用来检测血清中囊虫抗体 ,通过胶体金标记的金黄色萄萄球菌A蛋白(SPA)直接显色 ,阳性者出现红色斑点 ,结果易于判断。结果表明 ,整个试验过程仅需 5分钟 ,操作简单 ,用该法与酶联免疫吸附试验对比检测 5 7份囊虫患者血清标本 ,2法均阳性为 5 4份 ,2法均阴性为 1份 ,总符合率为 95 %。结果提示斑点免疫金渗滤法简便、快速、适于基层应用 。To establish a more rapid and simple method of detecting antibody of cysticercus in patient serum.A dot immunogold filtration assay (DIGFA) was developed by coating the antigen of cysticercus on nitrocellulose(NC) membrane,labeling staphylococcal protein A(SPA) with colloidal gold.The color of the positive dots were so bright that the results could be easily determined.The whole procedure could be finished in 5 minutes.The coincidence rate of the results of simulataneous determination of serum with ELISA and DIGFA was 96% for antibody of cysticercus.DIGFA,more simple and rapid,is applicable to small medical laboratories.It could be applied for diagnosis and epidemiological investigation on cysticercosis.
