摘　　要：拉美浙商反哺是推动浙江经济转型发展的重要途径。当前,融资瓶颈、专业人才短缺、浙商行业商会发展滞后和保障制度缺乏是拉美浙商反哺面临的主要制约因素。因此,有必要创新融资体制,改革国际化复合型人才的培养模式,促进浙商行业商会的规范发展,加强政府管理体制创新,从而进一步扩大拉美浙商反哺的积极效应。The Zhejiang merchants in Latin America recently have been playing an important role in Zhejiang＇s transitions to a sustainable economy. However, they encounter many difficulties, e. g. financing, talent training,development of Chamber of Commerce, and institution safeguards.So the government must im- plement strict policies to resolve those problems, including the innovation of financing system and pattern, the development of the training mode, the normative development of guilds and the innovation of the county-level governmental administrative system.
