布地奈德气雾吸入后行碳酸氢钠口腔护理

摘　　要：目的探讨用碳酸氢钠行口腔护理预防吸入布地奈德气雾剂口腔真菌感染的效果。方法将53例符合标准的支气管哮喘急性发作、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病随机分为两组,两组治疗原则相同,实验组吸入布地奈德气雾剂后应用2.5%碳酸氢钠溶液行口腔护理,对照组给以生理盐水口腔护理,观察两组口腔真菌感染率。结果实验组、对照组口腔真菌感染率分别为8.33%;17.24%,两组比较,P<0.05,具有显著性差异。结论对吸入布地奈德气雾剂的重症肺疾病患者应用2.5%碳酸氢钠溶液行口腔护理可有效降低口腔真菌感染率。Objective Observed with sodium bicarbonate for oral care prevention patients inhaled Budesonide aerosol oral fun- gal infection. Methods 53 cases meet the standards of acute bronchial asthma, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary dis- ease patients were randomly divided into two groups, the same principles of treatment of patients in the experimental group patients inhaled Budesonide aerosol after the application of 2.5% bicarbonate solution of sodium for oral care, con- trol group of patients given saline oral care, oral fungal infection of patients were observed. ResUlts Experimental group and the control group of patients with oral fungal infection rate was 8.33%; 17.24%, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion To inhaled Budesonide aerosol in patients with severe pulmonary disease application of 2.5% sodium bicarbonate solution for oral care can effectively reduce oral fungal infection.
