日本综合商社系统对我国企业发展的启示

摘　　要：通过日本综合商社的运营模式以及运营特色的分析,结合实际案例解析日本综合商社的七大运营系统,发现日本综合商社以及下属的关联企业在整个商业世界发挥的作用,可以清楚地看到日本企业如何在激烈的国际竞争中相互配合、互利共生。最后,从日本综合商社的发展过程中得出日本企业的发展模式给中国企业带来的启示。Throught the analysis of operating mode and specialties of Japan＇s Sogo Shosha, the seven systems of Sogo Shosha would be discussed with some cases in order to find out what kind of role Sogo Shosha and its relevant enterprises play in the real business word. It could clearly see how Japanese enterprises work in coordination and how they achieve in mutual win. At last, the enlightenment from the successful Japanese Sogo Shosha would be given for reference to Chinese enterprises.
