摘  要:为了探讨重楼皂苷类化合物对微囊藻毒素(MC)所致小鼠肾脏损伤的保护作用,研究以重楼分离纯化获得的薯蓣皂苷(SY)和偏诺皂苷(PN)为材料,对微囊藻毒素浸染的小鼠进行连续灌胃试验.将小鼠肾脏进行组织制片和HE染色,观察小鼠肾组织的显微结构.结果显示,微囊藻毒素致肾单位结构异常,而重楼薯蓣皂苷和偏诺皂苷对微囊藻毒素所致的肾损伤均有保护作用,且薯蓣皂苷的保护作用优于偏诺皂苷.To explore protective effect of Saponins in Rhizoma Paridis Yunnanensis on mice kidney injury by microcystin, SY and PN were isolated and purified from the Saponins in Rhizoma Paridis Yunnanensis, and the exhaust dyeing mice by microcystin were gastric perfused with both the drugs. Then the kidneys were dissected for tissue section and stained with HE to get observed under microscope. The results show that Nephron of the MC group was structurally abnormal by microcystin, but SY and PN are protective effect on kidney injury by microcystin and the protective effect of SY is more effective than that of PN.
