摘　　要：针对新建本科院校对专任教师信息管理的实际需求,构建基于.NET Framework,Microsoft Visual Studio2008与SQL Server 2005相结合的教师信息管理系统,并阐述系统的设计方案、功能结构及实现过程.实践结果表明,系统能对专任教师基本状态数据实现常态监测,达到新建本科院校对专任教师信息管理的高效性和规范化的目的.Based on the actual demand of information management of full-time teachers in recently established undergraduate colleges, a new teachers＇ information management system based on the combination of NET Framework, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2005 is constructed. The design scheme and the function of the system structure as well as the implementation process are stud- ied. Practice results demonstrate that the system can realize the normal detection of basic data of teachers to achieve the purposes of teachers＇ information management efficiency and standardization in recently established undergraduate colleges.
