新升本科院校图书馆建设问题及对策——以湖南第一师范学院为例

摘　　要：新升本科院校的图书馆建设普遍基础薄弱,发展速度迟缓。通过对新升本科院校——湖南第一师范学院图书馆调研发现,新升本科院校的图书馆应加强数字资源建设、增强馆员素质、提高开架借阅服务以及借阅量扩大等,才能更好地满足本科院校的师生教学和科研需求。Newly upgraded undergraduate colleges and universities usually develop slowly with the weak founda- tion. Based on the investigation of the library of Hunan First Normal University, some measures are put forward. Only by strengthening digital resources construction, enhancing the quality of the library faculty, improve the open-shelf borrowing service, and expanding the volume of the borrowed books, can the library fulfill the requirements of the teachers and students for their teaching, learning and research.
