氨氯地平治疗高血压病合并心房颤动患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨氨氯地平治疗高血压病合并心房颤动患者的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法选择我院收治的高血压病合并心房颤动患者164例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用坎地沙坦进行降压治疗,观察组采用氨氯地平进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果长期服用胺碘酮的患者房颤复发率比较经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。没有长期服用胺碘酮的患者房颤复发率比较经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组患者治疗后左心房内径、射血分数均较治疗前改善,经统计学分析比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后与对照组患者治疗后比较,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平与坎地沙坦均可以减少高血压病合并心房颤动患者房颤的复发,降低左心房内径,升高射血分数,二者比较没有差异。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect and application value of amlodipine in the treatment of hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods Essential hypertension with atrial fibrillation patients admitted to our hospital 164 cases as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group with candesartan for antihypertensive therapy, the observation group were treated with amlodipine, observes two group of patient＇s clinical curative effect. Results Patients with AF recurrence rate between the real amiodarone by statistics analysis for long-term use, no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Not long-term use in patients with AF recurrence rate between real amiodarone by statistics analysis, no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The observation group and the control group after treatment, left atrial diameter, ejection fraction was improved compared with before treatment, after statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment, the statistical analysis, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine and candesartan could reduce atrial fibrillation in patients with essential hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation recurrence, reduce the left atrial diameter, increased ejection fraction, both no difference.
