摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺内分泌功能失调患者的临床治疗护理经验。方法治疗方法采用西医与靶向调控-TSH平衡相结合,护理措施主要包括健康指导、病情观察、对症及心理护理。结果实验组的26例患者中治愈23例,有效2例,无效1例,治愈率达88.5%,有效率达96.2%。结论西医与靶向调控-TSH平衡相结合的治疗方法及治疗后的护理对甲状腺内分泌功能失调患者的早日康复同样重要。Objective To study the thyroid endocrine dysfunction clinical nursing experience of patients. Methods Treatment with western medicine and targeted expression of -TSH balanced combination, the nursing intervention including health guidance, observation of disease, symptoms and psychological nursing. Results 23 cases were cured and 26 patients in the experimental group, effective 2 cases, invalid 1 case, the cure rate was 88.5 %, the effective rate was 96.2 %. Conclusion Nursing methods in the treatment of Western medicine and targeted expression of -TSH a balanced combination of and atter the treatment of thyroid endocrine dysfunction in patients with early rehabilitation is equally important.
