亚莫利联合预混胰岛素治疗糖尿病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察采用亚莫利联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,为治疗糖尿病提供有利依据。方法选取我院在2010年4月至2012年4月期间收治的2型糖尿病患者150例,采用随机抽签方式将其分为两组,即观察组75例与对照组75例,对照组给予预混胰岛素对患者进行治疗,即使用诺和灵30R笔芯/诺和锐30笔芯对患者进行皮下注射,每日2~3次。观察组患者在对照组患者的治疗方案基础上再口服由法国赛诺菲公司生产的格列美脲片(即亚莫利)进行治疗,早餐前15 min口服1次2、4或者6 mg,两组患者均治疗3个月,记录患者在治疗前、后的HbA1c、2hPG、FPG以及BMI等指标并进行比较。结果观察组75例2型糖尿病患者的治疗前、后的HbA1c、2hPG、FPG以及BMI等指标比较差异显著均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。而对照组患者在治疗前、后的各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论亚莫利联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病更为科学、安全,有效的提高了临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of mixed insulin therapy in type 2 diabetes mellitus with Amaryl combined pre, to provide a favorable basis for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 150 type 2 diabetic patients in our hospital during April 2010 to April 2012 were cases, by random draw will be divided into two groups, the observation group 75 cases and control group 75 cases, control group treated with premixed insulin to treat patients, even with Novolin 30R core / insulin aspart 30 refill subcutaneous injection on patients, 2 to 3 times daily. Patients in the observation group in the control treatment group patients based on glimepiride tablets produced by France＇s Sanofi＇s （i.e. Amaryl ） treatment, 15 minutes before breakfast orally 1 times a 2, 4 or 6 mg, two groups were treated for 3 months, were recorded before treatment, after HbA,c, 2hPG, FPG and BMI were compared. Results The treatment group of 75 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, HbA^c, 2h PG, FPG and BMI were significant differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. While the control group was compared in each index before and after the treatment, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Amaryl combined with premixed insulin therapy in type 2 diabetes is more scientific, safe, and effective to improve the clinical efficacy.
