流动人口同乡组织问题探析

摘　　要：同乡组织一定程度上满足了广大流动人口的情感归属、利益维护和应对社会排斥的需求,具有很强的独立性、认同感和排他性,对社会秩序具有积极和消极两方面影响。如果应对不当,同乡组织则有出现黑恶化的危险。本文对当前我国流动人口同乡组织的生存状态、面临困境及社会影响进行了系统分析,并提出了相应的应对策略。The fellow countrymen organization, to some extent, aims to meet the needs of the majority of the floating population of their emo- tional attribution, the maintenance of benefit and being better at coping with social exclusion, With the strong independence, the sense of i- dentity and exclusivity, which has the aspects of positive and negative influence to the social order. If it is handled improperly, then, there might be a risk that the fellow countrymen organization will change to an underworld property organization. In this paper, the author aims to analyze the survival of the state, the difficulties encountered, social consequences of the floating population＇s fellow countrymen organiza- tion, and put forward some counter measures.
