摘　　要：本文主要阐述了电动助力转向机(EPS)的结构和性能、产品的国产化应用开发,包括产品应用开发策略、工业工程策略、供应链策略方面的国产化开发策略,和在产品技术消化及应用开发、工业工程的本地化优化、本地化供应链的开发与建立方面的国产化实施和应用,为转向系统产品的引进消化创新提供了应用实例。This paper discusses the structure an performance of the Electronic Power Steering （EPS） and the strategy and implementation of its localization including application development, in- dustry engineering, and localized supply chain, technical introduction and absorption, providing a practical way to introduce and absorb the steering system.
