摘　　要：培养大学生的创新和实践能力是当今各大学教育所追求的根本宗旨,本文以工程训练大赛为主线阐述了当今应用型本科类高校机械类大学生们创新能力和实践能力培养的主要方法,提出了大学生们在现实的生活中培养创新能力和实践能力的主要影响因素,给出了大学生能力培养的主要途径。The cultivation of students＇ creativity and practical ability is the fundamental purpose of university education. This paper mainly discussed the approaches of developing mechanical oriented students＇ innovation ability and practical applied ability based on the engineering training competition, and it also discussed the major factors influencing students to acquire this ability in real life, fi-nally it suggested some solutions.
