摘　　要：随着我国汽车保有量的迅速增加,汽车增长带来的能源和环保问题日益突出,机动车节能减排是一项长期的、复杂的工作,不仅要从汽车生产技术上进行控制,在政策层面上也需要一系列的措施来进行限制。文章分别介绍了国外和国内的汽车节能减排技术和政策方面的状况。With the rapid growth of China＇s vehicle population, the energy and environmental problems from rising of automobile usage is becoming increasingly outstanding. Automobile energy - saving emission reduction is still a prolonged and complicated task. It need to be controlled not only on automobile production technology, but also be restricted by a series of measures on policies. The article introduces the current status of automobile energy saving and emission reduction on technology and policy at home and abroad respectively.
