摘　　要：目的研究乙酰肝素酶(heparanase,HPSE)与人类早期复发性自然流产的关系,进一步探讨HPSE在自然流产过程中所起的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测选取的非意愿性正常妊娠者和早期复发性自然流产者绒毛组织中HPSE的表达情况。结果正常妊娠组的HPSE表达率明显高于复发性自然流产组,差异有统计学意义。结论在正常妊娠过程中HPSE表达增高,促进正常胚泡的植入,而复发性自然流产中HPSE表达降低会影响胚泡的植入,导致自然流产的发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between HPSE and recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods By using immunohistochemical methods we determined the expression of HPSE in the villus of the human normal pregnancy and recurrent spontaneous abortion. Results The expressions of HPSE in the normal group were significantly increased in comparison with that in the spontaneous abortion group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The HPSE participates in the procedure of normal pregnancy, and the lower experssion of HPSE may lead to the spontaneous abortion.
