摘  要:采用RP-HPLC指纹图谱技术,对炒牛蒡子配方颗粒进行指纹图谱研究,并建立共有模式,同时,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"对所得图谱进行相似度评价。结果表明:10批炒牛蒡子配方颗粒的指纹图谱共有峰均有18个,各组分可很好的分离,相似度评价均大于0.90;其指纹图谱之间无明显差异,品质基本一致,为今后炒牛蒡子配方颗粒的质量标准研究和品质鉴定提供了科学依据。The fingerprint of the dispensing granule of parched fruit of Arctium lappa(DGPFAL) was studied by HPLC,the common pattern of DGPFAL was established at the same time,and their similarities were evaluated by the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM. Results: There were 18 common characteristic peaks in the fingerprint of DGPFAL they were all being separated effectively,the similarities among them were all more than 0.90. There were no obvious difference between different batches of samples,the quality of them were basically identical. The study can provide some scientific basis for quality control and identification of DGPFAL.
