摘　　要：经济社会的快速发展使中国邮轮产业即将迎来快速发展时期。我国巨大的邮轮产业市场容量对邮轮人才的培养提出了急迫的需求。我国邮轮人才培养存在办学层次普遍偏低、,人才培养专业面窄、教学手段过于传统、教学体系不够完善等问题。要培养具有国际视野、通晓国际邮轮管理事务与规则的邮轮人才,我国必须加强对国际邮轮人才在基础知识、心理素质、能力结构和团队合作精神等方面的培养。Cruise industry in China has entered a rapid development period because economy ＆ society development. The huge demand of the cruise market has brought forward higher and more urgent requirements in terms for cruise talents cultivating. The cruise talent training in china have these problems which teaching level generally low, personnel training narrow in professional, teaching means too traditional, teaching system no-perfect and so on. In order to develop cruise talent in possession of international perspective and familiar with international cruise management affairs and regulations, our country should strengthen the international cruise talent cultivation in terms of the basic knowledge, psychological quality, ability structure and team cooperation spirit and other aspects
