摘  要:针对烧结用铁矿粉质量变差等问题,通过比较不同时期内我国大量进口的3种铁矿粉的化学成分,分析了铁矿粉劣质化特征;在此基础上采用微型烧结法考察了不同时期内铁矿粉的同化性,并分析了SiO2,Al2O3和LOI含量的影响,最后探讨了应对铁矿粉化学成分劣质化的烧结技术方向,指出为了应对该问题,需要在优化配矿的基础上,优化熔剂结构或实施厚料层烧结。In allusion to the problems by terioration was analyzed by comparing three iron ores degradation, characteristics of iron ore aekinds of iron ores that are largely imported in China in different periods. Then assimilation test was carried out with the micro sintering method and the influences of silica, alumina and LOI content were discussed, finally technical directions that respond to chemical composition deterioration of iron ores were proposed based on the results. With deterioration of iron ores by silica or alumina increment, the fusing temperature of sintering liquids dropped accordingly, the lowest assimilated temperature also dropped, the difference between Brazilian hematite and other ores decreased, which increased the difficulty in complementary ore matching. To solve this problem, flux structure optimization and deep bed sintering should be carried out on the basis of the technology of iron ore proportioning optimization.
