摘  要:基于对某铝厂赤泥的基础特性研究,进行了脱钠的热力学和动力学分析,采用温室气体CO2对赤泥进行了脱钠正交实验,以脱钠率为研究指标,分析了液固比、脱钠时间、脱钠次数对脱钠率的影响。实验结果分析表明,赤泥的液固比为2和4时脱钠率较高,但考虑到实际情况和实验误差取液固比为2作为最佳值;脱钠时间对脱钠率不显著,所以取脱钠时间最短20min;脱钠次数对脱钠率有显著影响,脱钠次数为最多的3次,可保证脱钠率最高,但考虑到实际情况、后续处理及避免浪费水资源,脱钠次数定为2次。研究证明,该处理工艺既可将赤泥无害化,又可降低温室气体排放,并可进一步回收NaHCO3,有利于资源的循环利用。Based on the research of basic characteristics of red mud from some aluminum plant, the thermodynamics and kinetics of sodium removal were analyzed. The orthogonal experiments were conducted to remove sodium from red mud by using greenhouse gas CO2. Taking sodium removal rate as the research indicator, the effects of liquid-solid ratio, sodium removal time and sodium removal frequency on sodium removal rate were analyzed. The experimental results show that the sodium removal rates were higher when liquid-solid ratio was 2 and 4, but considering the actual situation and experimental error, liquid-solid ratio 2 would be the optimum value. The sodium removal time had no obvious influence on sodium removal rate, so the shortest 20 min would be the optimal sodium removal time. The sodium removal frequency had significant effect on sodium removal rate, which means higher sodium removal frequency could obtain higher sodium removal rate, but for the sake of saving water and further treatment, the reasonable sodium removal frequency should be 2 times. The study indicates that the treatment process using CO2 could not only remove sodium from red mud, but also reduce the greenhouse gas emission, and furthermore recycle NaHCO3, which is conducive to recycling of resources.
