摘　　要：文章基于施红教授治疗糖尿病的经验,分析总结了其辨治本病的特点。施红教授依据糖尿病的主要病机——虚(气阴两虚、肾虚为主)、实(湿、热、痰、瘀等浊毒),提出建立石斛合剂序贯疗法治疗2型糖尿病的思路。具有滋阴清热、益气活血,清肝泄浊功效的石斛合剂序贯疗法不仅可降低糖尿病患者血糖,还可有效改善患者临床症状体征。Based on Professor SHI Hong＇s experience for treating diabetes mellitus （DM）, this article analyzed and summarized major characteristics of DM. Professor SHI Hong thinks that the main pathogenesis of DM was deficiency of both Qi and Yin, based on renal deficiency, and blood stasis, dampness, heat, phlegm were the main turbid pathogen factors. She brings up the thinking of sequential treatment of dendrobium compound （STDC） for DM. STDC with the effect of nourishing Yin and Qi, promoting blood circulation, removing the evil of blood stasis, dryness-fire and wetness could both stable blood sugar and improve clinical symptoms of DM patients.
