摘　　要：现代肾小球肾炎归属于祖国医学溺血范畴,其病机为本虚标实,与小肠泌别清浊功能紧密相关。治疗溺血不仅要补虚祛邪,而且应重视恢复小肠泌别清浊功能。Chronic glomerulonephritis is subordinate to the category of hematuria in traditional Chinese medicine. Essential debility and evil reality is the essential pathogenesis. It is closely related to Mibie Qingzhuo function of small intestine. The therapeutic method of hematuria is supplementing deficiency and eliminating pathogen, but the recovery of small intestine Mibie Qingzhuo function should be valued.
