摘　　要：运动神经元病是一组选择性侵犯脊髓前角细胞、下段脑干运动神经核、皮质椎体细胞的慢性病变性疾病。其属中医痿症的范畴,是一种病因未明的疑难疾病,目前,西医对此尚未有确切的疗法,中医治疗具有独特的优势。知名中医王宝亮教授根据经典理论及多年的临床经验,从病因病机出发,以五脏虚损、重在脾肾,并重视湿、痰、瘀、风在发病中的作用。总结出了治痿独取阳明、扶虚补正为主、祛邪通络为辅的原则,并分期分型治疗,配合针灸、穴位封闭治疗;临床疗效确切,该文进行了系统整理。Motor neuron disease is a group of selective violations of spinal cord anterior horn cells of brainstem motor nerve nucleus vertebral cortex cells of chronic degenerative diseases.
