硝硼散配合智能药液熏洗治疗仪在痔术后的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:为评估应用硝硼散配合智能药液熏洗治疗仪在肛门部术后的临床应用价值。方法:我科自2011年将选择肛门部术后患者362例,随机分为两组,试验组186例使用硝硼散配合智能药液熏洗治疗仪进行熏洗,对照组186例使用硝硼散进行坐浴熏洗,观察两组术后患者在熏洗后肛门部水肿、疼痛、出血、坠胀及患者的舒适度及评价等情况。结果:试验组对肛门部术后症状缓解及改善情况以及患者对治疗方法的评价明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:硝硼散配合智能药液熏洗治疗仪在肛门部术后有较好的应用价值,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of Xiaopeng powder plus intelligent liquid fumigation treatment instrument in anal postoperative. Methods： Our departments from 2011, 362 cases of postoperative patients were divided into two groups, 186 cases for each group, the experimental group was treated by Xiaopeng powder plus intelligent liquid fumigation treatment instrument, the control group used Xiaopeng powder for bath fumigation, and the treatment effect and patient comfort were observed. Results： The symptom improved symptoms and evaluation of patients of the experimental group were better than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Xiaopeng powder plus intelligent liquid fumigation treatment instrument has good application value after hemorrhoid surgery, worthy of clinical use.
