摘 要:硼颗粒表面被一层B2O3氧化膜包覆,阻碍了与氧化剂的接触和反应,使硼的点火燃烧性能较差。特别是微小燃烧室较大比表面积引起的较大散热损失,使含硼燃料的点火和燃尽更困难。借助热重、差示扫描量热同步分析和激光点火实验台,研究了草酸对微小圆管中B/AP混合物燃料点火燃烧特性的影响。实验结果显示,管径越小,B/AP混合物燃料的点火燃烧性能越差;而草酸的加入可显著缩短微小圆管中硼燃料的点火延迟时间,提高燃烧效率,同时降低燃速和燃烧强度。2 mm和3 mm内径圆管中燃料的点火延迟时间分别由1 345 ms和1 090 ms缩短至300 ms和460 ms,燃烧效率分别由18.45%和18.12%提高至42.6%和48.13%。Boron presents poorer ignition and combustion properties, because of a protective coating of B2O3 which exists on bo- ron particle and hinders the contact and reaction of oxygen and boron particle.The ignition and burnout of boron fuels is more diffi- cult in micro-tubes,due to the larger heat loss caused by the larger surface area.With the help of thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry simultaneous analysis and laser ignition experimental table, the effect of oxalic acid on the ignition and combus- tion properties of B/AP complex fuels in mini-tubes was investigated.The results show that: for B/AP complex fuels, ignition and combustion properties become poorer with the decrease of the diameter; the ignition delay time is reduced, and the burning efficien- cy is improved, meanwhile burning rate and burning intensity is decreased significantly by adding oxalic acids. For fuels in tubes with an inner diameter of 2 mm and 3 mm, ignition delay time is shortened from 1 345 ms and 1 090 ms to 300 ms and 460 ms, and burn- ing efficiency is improved from 18.45% and 18.12% to 42.6% and 48.13% respectively.
