摘 要:采用绝热加速量热法研究了高固体含量改性双基推进剂的热稳定性。结果表明,随RDX含量增加,GLX推进剂中双基组分降低,表现为体系初始分解温度、初始升温速率升高,热稳定性提高。但系统绝热温升增加,意味着一旦发生安全事故,其危害程度显著增加。Al粉替代等量的RDX,热稳定性不变,危害程度加剧。Thermal stability of modified double base(MDB) propellant with high solid content were studied by means of Accel- erating Rate Calorimeter(ARC) .Results show that the onset temperature and temperature rate of exothermic decomposition of the double base components in GLX propellant rise with the increase of RDX content,which means thermal safety is improved. Howev- er,in this process, the adiabatic temperature rise of the exothermic decomposition of the double base components in GLX propellant increase with the increase of RDX content, which means the damage degree is increased in case of explosion. The thermal stability did not change if Al substitutes partly for the same content of RDX, but the damage degree intensifies.
