摘  要:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究气相法白炭黑A380、气相法白炭黑A200和沉淀法白炭黑对过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的热分解行为影响。同时制备仅含有DCP、白炭黑和EPDM的混炼胶样品,利用硫化仪研究3种白炭黑对EPDM过氧化物硫化特性参数的影响,并采用高级扩展流变仪、扫描电镜及平衡溶胀法分别研究3种白炭黑对硫化胶动态力学性能、断面微观形貌及交联密度的影响。研究结果表明,以上3种白炭黑均能降低DCP热分解表观活化能,降低正硫化时间t90,提高硫化速率,气相法白炭黑A380效果最佳;随着3种白炭黑用量增加,硫化胶交联密度呈线性显著提高,沉淀法白炭黑效果最佳;白炭黑用量20 Phr时,气相法白炭黑A200与EPDM的相容性最好,动态力学性能最佳。The effects of fumed silica A380,fumed silica A200 and deposited silica on thermal decomposition properties of di- cumyl peroxide ( DCP ) were investigated by mean of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) .The blend sample was made of DCP, silica and EPDM rubber.The effects of silica on curing characteristic parameters of EPDM blend were studyed by vulcameter.The effects of silica on dynamic mechanical properties, section microstrueture and crosslink density of EPDM vulcanizates were investiga- ted respectively by senior extension rheometer, scanning electronimicroscope (SEM) and balanced swelling method. Results show that three kinds of silica can reduce the thermal decomposition apparent activation energy of DCP and optimum curing time tg0, a- mong which fumed silica A380 is the best ;The crosslink density of EPDM vuleanizates will linearly increase with the content of sili- ca below 40phr,deposited silica is the best;The compatibility between silica and EPDM and dynamic properties for silica filled EP- DM compounds are the best for fumed silica A200,when the content of silica is 20 Phr.
