摘 要:利用低温氧等离子体对炭纤维进行表面改性,制备炭纤维/含酚酞侧基的聚芳醚酮(PEK-C)复合材料,比较纤维改性前后复合材料界面粘接性能的变化,考察等离子体改性对复合材料湿热性能的影响。研究表明,复合材料吸湿的初始阶段基本符合费克第二定律。与未经等离子体处理的纤维复合材料相比,改性后的材料吸湿速率、平衡吸湿率和扩散系数均明显降低,吸湿后具有相对较高的层间剪切强度保有率。断口形貌分析表明,改性炭纤维/PEK-C复合材料的树脂和纤维界面粘接效果良好,抵御湿热老化的能力增强。The surface of carbon fiber was modified by using cold oxygen plasma technique, and the carbon fiber/PEK-C com- posites were fabricated.The change of interfacial bonding properties of composites were studied before and after fiber modification. The effect of plasma modification on the hygrothermal properties of carbon fiber/PEK-C composites was investigated.Results indicate that the water absorptions of composites are consistent with the Fick second law in the initial stage.Compared with that of composite obtained by using untreated carbon fiber, the moisture absorption rate, the equilibrium water absorption and the diffuse coefficient of the composite fabricated by using plasma-treated carbon fiber are all reduced obviously. Meanwhile, the retention of interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) of composite is also improved. The fracture morphology photography shows that the plasma-treated carbon fi- ber/PEK-C composites have strong interfacial bonding property,thus the ability of resisting hygrothermal aging is enhanced.
