谷维素和维生素B_1片配合穴位注射复方丹参注射液治疗心律失常的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察谷维素与VitB1片联合复方丹参注射液穴位注射治疗心律失常的治疗效果。方法:收集非器质性与器质性心律失常各120例,随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。其中非器质性心律失常对照组患者给予胺碘酮治疗;治疗组应用复方丹参注射液穴位注射,并口服谷维素和VitB1片。而器质性心律失常对照组患者给予胺碘酮治疗;治疗组在用胺碘酮的基础上辅助谷维素、维生素B1配合穴位注射复方丹参注射液,治疗1个月后评价疗效。并随访其复发情况。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:谷维素、VitB1片联合复方丹参注射液穴位注射治疗非器质性心律失常和辅助治疗器质性心律失常,疗效可靠,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of oryzanol and VitBl tablets combined with compound Danshen injection on treating cardiac arrhythmias. Methods： Non-organic and organic arrhythmia 120 cases each were randomly divided into treated group and control group. Where non-organic arrhythrnia control group were treated with amiodarone therapy; treated group, Danshen injection, and oral oryzanol and VitB~ tablets. The organic arrhythmia control group were treated with amiodarone; treated group secondary oryzanol, vitamin B1 combined with compound Danshen acupoint injection on the basis of amiodarone. To evaluate after 1 month of treatment. And follow up its recurrence. Results： The treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oryzanol, VitB1 with compound Danshen point injection therapy has effective and reliable effect on treating of non-organic organic arrhythmia and is adjuvant treatment of arrhythrnia, worthy of promotion.
