糖脉康颗粒干预治疗对糖尿病前期患者转归的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖脉康颗粒对糖尿病前期患者转归的影响,通过与二甲双胍片进行比较,评价糖脉康颗粒治疗糖尿病前期的优势及临床运用价值。方法:随机选取我院体检科及内科门诊符合糖尿病前期诊断标准的尚未进行药物干预的患者90例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予口服二甲双胍片,治疗组予口服糖脉康颗粒,疗程为12周。测定治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)和葡萄糖负荷后2h血糖(2hPG)、胰岛素(FINS)及体重指数(BMI)、血脂、C反应蛋白(CRP)、胰岛素抵抗(IR)程度的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者的情况均得到改善,FPG、2hPG、HOMA-IR较治疗前均有所下降,FINS较治疗前升高,但治疗组在FPG、2hPG改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05);两组BMI、TG、TC、LDL-C、CRP较治疗前也均有所下降,但治疗组TG、TC改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:糖脉康颗粒在对糖尿病前期患者的干预治疗中疗效显著,能有效改善临床症状,延缓病情进展,在治疗糖尿病前期有极高的临床运用价值,而且丰富了中医防治糖尿病的手段,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effects of Tangrnaikang granule on the prognosis of patients with pre-diabetes, compared with metformin tablets comparison, evaluation of Tangmaikang granule on treating pre-diabetes using the superiority and clinical value. Methods： Randomly selected from the medical department and department of internal medicine in our hospital with pre-diabetes diagnostic criteria have not yet been medicine intervention in 90 patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with metformin, the treated group was treated with Tangmaikang granule, treatment for 12 weeks. Determination of fasting blood glucose （FPG） and after glucose load in 2 hours blood glucose （2hPG）, insulin （FINS） and body mass index （BMI）, blood lipid, C reactive protein （CRP）, insulin resistance （IR） changes. Results： After the treatment of two groups of patients were improved, FP~ 2hPG~ HOMA and IR compared with those before treatment were decreased, FINS increased compared with before therapy, but the treated group were better than control group in FPC~ 2hPG （P〈0.05）; two groups of BMI, TG~ TC, LDL-C, CRP compared with those before treatment also are decreased, but the treated group TG; significant improvement in TC （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tangmaikang granule remarkable curative effect in patients with pre-diabetes intervention therapy, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, delay the progress of the disease, in the treatment of pre diabetes has high clinical application value, but also enriched the prevention and treatment of diabetes of TCM means, is worth the clinical promotion.
