中医手法配合中药内服外用治疗56例肱骨髁间骨折疗效研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析中医手法配合中药内服外用治疗56例肱骨髁间骨折的治疗效果。方法：选取我院2011年1月～2011年12月收治的肱骨髁间骨折患者56例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用中医手法复位加外固定治疗，试验组在同对照组相同的手法复位加外固定的基础上给予中药内服外用治疗。结果：观察组总有效率96．43％，无效1例，显著优于对照组71．43％，无效8例；观察组并发症发生率7．14％，明显低于对照组35．71％；观察组平均愈合时间（10．4±3．5）周，明显早于对照组平均愈合时间（16．6±4．7）周，以上差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中医手法复位外加固定，配合中药内服外用治疗肱骨髁间骨折疗效好，值得临床推广。Objective： Analysis techniques on treating 56 cases of intercondylar fracture of humerus by Manipulation of TCM combined with Chinese Herbs. Methods： From January 2011 to December 2011 humeral fractures treated 56 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was treated with TCM manipulative reduction and external fixation, the experimental group with the control group of the same the manipulative reduction and external fixation given on the basis of Chinese Herbs topical treatment. Results： The total effective rate was observed 96.43%, 1 patient was significantly better than the control group, 71.43%, 8 cases; observation group complication rate 7.14%, significantly lower than the control group, 35.71%; observation group, the average healing time was （10.4 ± 3.5） weeks, significantly earlier than the control group, the average healing time was （16.6 ± 4.7） weeks, the above difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM manual reduction plus fixed, with Chinese Herbs topical treatment of humeral condylar fractures is good, worthy of promotion.
