摘　　要：目的:观察隔姜透灸结合中药内服外用治疗脾肾亏虚型跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:运用隔姜透灸结合中药内服外用治疗脾肾亏虚型跟痛症35例,观察疗效。结果:治愈15例;好转17例;无效3例,总有效率达91.4%。结论:隔姜透灸结合中药内服外用治疗脾肾亏虚型跟痛症获得较好疗效,值得推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the ginger moxibustion plus TCM internal and external administration in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type heel pain. Methods： 35 cases of spleen and kidney deficiency type heel pain were treated by the method of ginger moxibustion plus TCM internal and external administration, and then observe the curative effect. Results： 15 cured cases; 17 improved cases and 3 ineffective cases, the total efficiency was 91.4%. Conclusion： Treating spleen and kidney deficiency type heel pain by ginger moxibustion plus TCM internal and external administration the curative effect is remarkable, worth promoting the application.
