滋血汤加味治疗月经过少33例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋血汤加味治疗月经过少的临床疗效。方法:将66例诊断为月经过少的患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组32例,治疗组用滋血汤加味治疗,对照组予四物合剂治疗,均连续治疗3个月经周期后评价疗效。结果:治疗组34例,痊愈15例,显效10例,有效5例,无效4例;愈显率和总有效率分别为73.53%和88.24%。对照组32例,痊愈7例,显效8例,有效10例,无效7例;愈显率和总有效率分别为46.88%和78.13%。两组愈显率和总有效率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:滋血汤加味治疗月经过少的临床疗效优于四物合剂治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zixue decoction on treating hypomenorrhea. Methods： 66 cases of hypomenorrhea were divided into 34 in treated group and 32 in control group. Treated group was given Zixue decoction, control group was treated with four things mixture, treated for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles, then evaluate efficacy. Results： The treated group, 34 cases, 15 cases were cured, markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 5 cases, ineffective in 4 cases; marked recovery rate and the total efficiency were 73.53% and 88.24% respectively. Control group： 32 patients, seven cases recovered, 8 cases were markedly effective, and effective in 10 cases, seven cases were ineffective; marked recovery rate and the total efficiency were 46.88% and 78.13% respectively. Two groups＇ marked recovery rate and the total efficiency had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zixue decoction has better effect on hypomenorrhea than four things mixture.
