摘　　要：本文运用清热活血搜风法治疗银屑病、神经性皮炎、慢性小腿溃疡等皮肤慢性疾病,通过分析其疗效及用药体会,提示在治疗慢性皮肤疾病中,针对热、瘀、风常见病邪,采用清热活血搜风法治疗,顾及全面,治疗不易复发。This article observes the clinical efficacy and summarizes application of the dispersing heat, activating blood circulation and dispelling wind method on treating chronic dermatosis such as psoriasis, neurodermatitis and chronic leg ulcers, which draw a conclusion that the pathogenic heat, stasis and wind in chronic dermatosis treated by this method can be eliminated totally and not easy to relapse.
